Factorial is an HR platform for managing time, talent, payroll and finance, built as an all-in-one tool for small and medium companies.
I spent four years there, most of them working on design systems, mainly F0, Factorial’s design system. I designed the components and patterns and shipped them in code, straight to production. Most of it is invisible until it’s missing: accessibility, motion, every state a component can end up in.
I also set the base for One, Factorial’s AI agent, working on the chat experience and different components used across the platform.
And some other parts of the platform: Integrations, a Discovery section, the global search, and the icon set.
